We offer a range of supports including Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery, Assistance with Daily Life, Social & Community Participation, and Capacity Building. Each service is tailored to your goals and delivered with respect and integrity.

We’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process that includes a service agreement, understanding your plan, and matching you with the right supports. You can contact us directly or ask your Support Coordinator to make a referral. We also have a referral button on our website which will take you to our referral form.

That’s why our pricing is fully aligned with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We follow the guidelines set by the NDIA to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in every service we deliver.
Our promise is simple: We never charge more than the maximum rates outlined in the current NDIS pricing guide. We stay up to date with annual NDIA reviews that reflect market conditions, wage changes, and participant needs.
By doing so, we support sustainability for participants, providers, and the sector as a whole.

Yes! We’re happy to walk you through your plan, explain your budgets, and help you understand what supports you can access.

We’re flexible. If your goals or circumstances shift, life happens, we’ll work with you to adjust your supports and update your service agreement if needed.

We aim for consistency and will do our best to match you with a regular support worker. If changes are needed, we’ll communicate clearly and ensure you feel comfortable.

Yes, we’re based in the Ulladulla Area and only deliver services within the area. This means we are local specialist in the community. USS is connected with local services, networks, and resources to offer support that’s close to home.

We follow strict confidentiality policies and NDIS Code of Conduct guidelines. Your information is stored securely and only shared with your consent.

You can speak directly with one of our support team, our Program Support Officer or Manager we also have a feedback form in which you can complete on our website and we’ll respond respectfully and promptly. If needed, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Absolutely! Our services are designed to support your growth whether it’s daily living, social connection, or long-term goals like education or employment.

Yes. You have the right to choose who delivers your supports. If you’re not satisfied, you can speak with your provider, or ask your Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator to help you find a new one.

We have a cancellation policy. You may be charged if you don’t give enough notice, our notice period is aligned with the latest NDIS price guide and outlined in your USS Service Agreement.

USS is not currently a registered NDIS provider, but we are actively progressing through to formally register with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
In the meantime, as a non-registered provider, we remain fully committed to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality services. We strictly follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, and our team upholds strong safeguards to protect participant rights, privacy, and wellbeing.
Our safeguards include:
Rigorous staff screening including NDIS Worker Screener Checks, WWC and Police Checks
Clear feedback and complaints processes
Transparent service agreements and pricing
Respectful, participant-led support aligned with NDIS goals
Participants with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans can choose to work with non-registered providers like USS. We’re proud to offer local, values driven support while ensuring compliance and care every step of the way.
